1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic health supplements and hygiene standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Change of mind or taste preferences.
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part.
4. Replacement Option
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, based on stock availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For urgent cancellation requests, please reach out to our team via WhatsApp or call immediately after placing the order.
